The Grindelwald Train Station can be reached by a 5-minute walk or bus ride and the Männlichenbahn and Firstbahn Cable Cars are a 5-minute bus ride or a 15-minute walk away.

All rooms at the Jungfrau Lodge, Annex Crystal offer views of the Eiger North Face. They feature cable TV and a bathroom with hairdryer.

A rich buffet breakfast is served every morning in the main building of the hotel, across the street. Half board, featuring a 4-course dinner menu, is available on request during the winter months.

Several hiking and biking trails start directly at the property. Guests can buy tickets for the mountain railways and cable cars at the reception and, in winter, ski passes can be purchase on site. Many shops are within walking distance from the Jungfrau Lodge. The local buses can be used free of charge with the visitors pass.

A limited number of free parking spaces are also available on site.
