Set to open in August 2022, is Alex Dillings new restaurant, following the success of his time of Two-Michelin star kitchens, Dilling has found a new home at Hotel Café Royal. He primarily focuses on showcasing gastronomic French classics through meticulous and unique cooking techniques in an intimate 34 seat dining room.
